Messaging helps you create targeted push notifications for your app users.

Open Messaging
Open the Messaging section from the sidebar.The page may show a loading state while notification templates, filters, language data, and campaign setup options are being prepared.

Select an event to continue
Use the left-side Filters panel to select the audience.First choose the date range, then click Add Events. The selected event controls which user group will be targeted for the notification.Until an event is selected, the editor shows an empty state and asks you to select an event to continue.

Create the default notification
After selecting an event, the notification editor becomes active.Write the default notification content, including title, description, logo, vibrance, and launch URL. The phone preview updates so you can check how the notification will appear to users.

Review language-wise content
Use the language panel to review translated notification content for each language.The green check indicates translated content. The yellow dot indicates edited content. This helps you quickly identify which languages are ready and which ones were manually changed.
The Filters panel defines who will receive the notification.
Date range
Choose the time period used to find users. You can select All Time or a custom date range.
Select Event
Select the event that defines your audience, such as users who viewed a screen, opened the app, or completed a tracked action.
Filter by
Narrow the audience using conditions. For example, target users from a specific country, city, device, language, or behavior group.
Group by
Group users by a property when you want to understand audience distribution before sending.
Templates control the structure and visual layout of the push notification.You can switch between templates from the top tabs such as Template 1, Template 2, Template 3, and more.

Select the design layout that best matches your campaign content.
Preview support
The selected template is shown in the phone preview so you can review the final look before scheduling.
Navigation
Use the arrow controls to move between template options when more templates are available.
The content editor is where you write the notification message.
Title
The main notification headline. Keep it short, clear, and action-focused.
Description
The message body. Use it to explain the offer, update, reminder, or action you want users to take.
Logo
Upload an image or logo to make the notification more visual and recognizable.
Vibrance
Set the visual intensity or style value used by the selected notification template.
The language panel helps you manage multilingual notification content.
Default
The default language is the base message used to create translations.
Translated status
A green check means the language content is translated and available for review.
Edited status
A yellow dot means the language content was manually edited after translation.
User count
The user count beside each language shows how many users may receive that language version.
The preview area shows how the notification will look on a phone.
Phone preview
Shows the notification layout with title, description, image, and selected template style.
Test Notification
Send a test notification before scheduling to check content, design, image, and launch behavior.
Review & Schedule
Once the content is ready, continue to review the campaign and schedule delivery.
