Filters
Use filters to focus on the exact app environment where the ad failure happened.Failure report filters
Select the right date range, app, testing device, and app version before checking failure details.
Choose Today, Yesterday, 7 Days, or a custom range to review failures for a specific period.
Select the app whose ad failure data you want to inspect.
Filter failure data by a specific testing device or tester profile.
Check whether the failure is happening in a specific app version.
Ad company summary
The company summary helps you compare which ad provider is creating more failures. What to check first
Look at the company with the highest failed events or highest average failure value. Then move to the format table inside that company.
Number of users included in that ad company’s failure data.
Total number of failed ad events for that company.
Shows failure intensity. A higher average means more failed events per affected user.
Shows which ad format is failing more, such as Native, MREC, App Open, Interstitial, Banner, or In-feed.
Total Errors
Total Errors is the main debugging area. It helps you move from a failed format to the exact error reason.Error investigation flow
Follow this order when you want to debug a failure clearly.
Choose Admob, Facebook, Adx, or another provider from the tabs.
Open the failing format, such as App Open, Native, Banner, MREC, or Interstitial.
Expand the error code to see grouped failure messages and affected counts.
Copy the error message and share it with the developer along with app version, device, ad company, and screen name.
Error details explained
Groups similar failures together. Use this to identify repeated ad SDK or provider errors.
Explains the exact reason, such as no fill, app not in foreground, or account not approved.
Shows how many users were affected by that error.
Shows how many times the failure happened.
Shows the average failure impact for that error group.
