Ad Failure Insights helps you understand where ads are failing, which ad formats are affected, and which screen or error code needs attention.
1

Review ad company failure cards

The top section shows failure cards for each ad company, such as Admob, Facebook, and Adx. Each card gives a quick summary of failed ad activity. You can compare total users, total failed events, average failure value, and format-wise failure distribution.

Check errors and affected screens

The lower section gives deeper debugging details.Total Errors shows ad format, error code, error message, total users, total events, and average failure value. Screen Info shows which screens are affected by ad failures.

Filters

Use filters to focus on the exact app environment where the ad failure happened.

Failure report filters

Select the right date range, app, testing device, and app version before checking failure details.

Date range

Choose Today, Yesterday, 7 Days, or a custom range to review failures for a specific period.

App name

Select the app whose ad failure data you want to inspect.

Testing device

Filter failure data by a specific testing device or tester profile.

App version

Check whether the failure is happening in a specific app version.

Ad company summary

The company summary helps you compare which ad provider is creating more failures.

What to check first

Look at the company with the highest failed events or highest average failure value. Then move to the format table inside that company.

Total User

Number of users included in that ad company’s failure data.

Total Failed Events

Total number of failed ad events for that company.

Average

Shows failure intensity. A higher average means more failed events per affected user.

Format table

Shows which ad format is failing more, such as Native, MREC, App Open, Interstitial, Banner, or In-feed.

Total Errors

Total Errors is the main debugging area. It helps you move from a failed format to the exact error reason.

Error investigation flow

Follow this order when you want to debug a failure clearly.

1
Select ad company

Choose Admob, Facebook, Adx, or another provider from the tabs.

2
Expand ad format

Open the failing format, such as App Open, Native, Banner, MREC, or Interstitial.

3
Open error code

Expand the error code to see grouped failure messages and affected counts.

4
Copy the reason

Copy the error message and share it with the developer along with app version, device, ad company, and screen name.

Error details explained

Error Code

Groups similar failures together. Use this to identify repeated ad SDK or provider errors.

Error Message

Explains the exact reason, such as no fill, app not in foreground, or account not approved.

Total User

Shows how many users were affected by that error.

Total Events

Shows how many times the failure happened.

Average

Shows the average failure impact for that error group.

Common use cases

Use Total Errors to inspect error codes and messages returned by the ad provider.
Use company cards to compare Admob, Facebook, Adx, or other providers by failed events and average value.
Use format-level breakdown to find if Native, App Open, Banner, MREC, Interstitial, or In-feed is causing failures.
Use Screen Info to find which screen or flow is connected to the failure.
Use App Version filter to confirm whether the failure is happening only in a specific release.
Ad Failure Insights helps your team move from high-level failure counts to exact ad format, error code, error message, screen, app version, and testing device context.
