Creating an additional organization does not add it to an existing Growth subscription. The new organization receives its own subscription, monthly credits, usage balance, Grace Credit status, and billing.

How credits work

Twinalyze uses credits as a shared usage balance inside each organization. Credits are added based on the organization’s active plan, deducted as supported activity is processed, and carried forward when they are not used. Credits and usage are organization-specific. Credits available in one organization cannot be transferred to or used by another organization.

Credits are added to the organization

The monthly plan allocation is added automatically. Growth organizations can also receive purchased credits.

Credits are added to unused credits already available in that organization.

Supported activity consumes credits

Credits are deducted as eligible Analytics, Messaging, Store Listing, and Ads activity is processed.

The deduction depends on the product, usage volume, and applicable pricing rate.

Unused credits carry forward

Credits that are not used remain in the organization and continue to be available during future billing periods.

Twinalyze plan credits and purchased credits never expire.

The panel shows the current balance

Use the billing area to review credits added, credits consumed, and credits currently available for the selected organization.

Switch organizations to review each balance independently.

Grace Credits activate at zero balance

When a Growth organization’s available balance reaches zero, Twinalyze activates up to 20 temporary Grace Credits.

Only the Grace Credits actually used are deducted from the next credits added to that organization.

Country-tier pricing

Analytics pricing is based on the country associated with the user who generated the event. Each supported country is assigned to a pricing tier, and that tier determines the applicable event rate.

Open the Twinalyze panel to see which country belongs to each tier and review the current applicable rate.

No. Unused Twinalyze credits remain in your account balance and do not expire.
Free includes 25 credits every month. Growth includes 50 credits every month. Enterprise credit allocations are customized according to the organization’s requirements.

Twinalyze activates up to 20 temporary Grace Credits. This continuity buffer helps supported services continue without an immediate interruption.
No. Grace Credits are a temporary advance. The amount you use is automatically deducted from the next credits added through a purchase or plan renewal.
Only the Grace Credits that were actually used are recovered. Unused Grace Credits are not deducted from the next credits added to your account.
When new credits are added, Twinalyze first deducts the Grace Credits that were previously used. The remaining credits become your available balance.
Growth is displayed as $18 per month when billed annually. The annual billing option includes a 20% saving.
