Twinalyze is structured around Organizations and Projects. This structure helps teams manage multiple apps, websites, SDKs, analytics data, users, and settings in one place.

What is an Organization?

An Organization is the main workspace for your company or team. Inside an organization, you can manage:
  • Team members
  • Projects
  • API keys
  • SDK integrations
  • Analytics data
  • Notifications
  • Billing and settings
Example: If your company name is Acme Technologies, then you can create an organization named Acme Technologies in Twinalyze.

What is a Project?

A Project represents one app, website, or digital product that you want to track. Each project has its own:
  • Project ID
  • API key
  • Secret key
  • SDK setup
  • Events
  • Users
  • Sessions
  • Reports
Example: You may have one organization called Acme Technologies, and inside it you can create multiple projects:
  • Acme Android App
  • Acme iOS App
  • Acme Website
  • Acme Admin Panel

Why this structure is useful

This structure helps you keep data clean and separate. For example, if you have an Android app and a website, both can be tracked as separate projects. This allows you to compare user behavior, sessions, retention, events, and performance for each platform individually.

Basic Flow

  1. Create an account
  2. Create or join an organization
  3. Create a project
  4. Get your API key and secret key
  5. Integrate the SDK
  6. Start tracking users, events, sessions, and analytics

Summary

An Organization is your company workspace. A Project is the app, website, or product you want to track inside that organization.
