## How credits work

Twinalyze uses credits as a shared usage balance inside each organization.
Credits are added based on the organization’s active plan, deducted as
supported activity is processed, and carried forward when they are not used.

Credits and usage are organization-specific. Credits available in one
organization cannot be transferred to or used by another organization.

Analytics pricing is based on the country associated with the user who
generated the event. Each supported country is assigned to a pricing tier,
and that tier determines the applicable event rate.
